Shipping policy

Select US/Canada or International before payment. Standard shipping rates are $19.99 and $49.99 respectively, with an automatic 100% discount on every order of at least one item. Shipping is currently free.

Shipping Protection is an optional store-backed service, not insurance. Report package loss or damage within seven days of the carrier's delivery scan or expected-delivery date. Provide your order reference, carrier details and damage photos. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund for the affected item. The fee is refundable only if cancelled before shipment.

The optional Mystery Gift varies, has no cash value and is not separately returnable. One gift is included with orders of three or more items.
